Effective October 1, 2017, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will no longer be participating in the Joint Application process with the Department of Environmental Protection, Water Management Districts or Delegated Local Governments. After October 1, if a project does NOT qualify for SPGP, applicants will need to apply separately and on their own to the Corps using the new Corps application forms. Additionally, there will be a new DEP/WMD application form as the current one will be renamed and revised to delete references to the joint process.
